May 25, 2012 · I was having this problem today. Even jacking up the wheel to add pressure on the bolt wasn't working. What I ended up doing was putting a larger nut over the bolt as a spacer and then tightened correct nut on top of it. This helped squeeze the link bolt into the sway bar so it wouldn't spin.
